What can my monthly hours be used for?

Anything CRM, ERP, or AI-related, including troubleshooting, integrations, process improvements, training, and hands-on implementation work. Hours are not split by category.

What happens if I do not use all 8 hours in a month?

Unused monthly hours expire at the end of the month and do not roll over. The subscription is priced for consistent, ongoing coverage rather than banked time.

What if I need more than 8 hours in a given month?

Active subscribers can purchase additional prepaid blocks of 50 or 100 hours. These blocks expire 90 days from the date of purchase.

Is work covered if something breaks later?

Work built using subscription hours is fully warrantied while the subscription remains active, subject to the warranty terms on this page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling ends the subscription and its warranty coverage going forward; it does not affect separately scoped project work billed outside the retainer.

Is this different from a one-off project?

Yes. Every project begins with a paid Discovery Consultation, billed in full two-hour blocks at $250 per two hours, to review the business process and prepare the Statement of Work. Discovery length depends on project complexity; an eight-hour discovery would be billed at $1,000. If the client proceeds, half of the discovery hours are credited toward project delivery, so four hours from that eight-hour discovery would count toward the project. Remaining delivery time comes from the eight included monthly hours and, when needed, active prepaid block hours. CRM and ERP work can be completed fully remotely, so an on-site visit is not required. If the client requests and the consultant agrees to on-site work, the necessary travel time and expenses are billed separately.

Am I working with an agency or with you directly?

You work directly with the principal consultant. There is no account-manager layer or handoff to junior staff.

The warranty

Work built under your subscription is warrantied

Any project work completed using your included or purchased hours is fully warrantied for as long as your subscription stays active. If something breaks or needs adjustment due to an issue with the original work, it is fixed at no additional charge.

This warranty covers work performed under an active subscription only. It does not extend to standalone hourly or flat-rate projects billed outside the retainer, and it ends if the subscription is cancelled or lapses.

If I am out for an extended stretch, I will tell you in advance and make sure nothing time-sensitive is left hanging.
