Handing a task to AI is a judgment call — not a switch you flip once and forget. The AI Deputization Audit is how we make that call systematically, instead of guessing.

In a live 2-hour session, we walk through the tasks that actually take up your time — the recurring ones, the ones you dread, the ones you're not sure you should be doing yourself anymore.

Score each task

Every task gets scored 0–2 across five dimensions, for a total out of 10:

  • Worth it — does automating this actually save meaningful time or money?
  • Teachable — can you explain the task clearly enough for AI to learn it?
  • Checkable — can you tell, quickly, whether the output is right or wrong?
  • Stakes — how bad is it if AI gets this one wrong?
  • You-factor — does this depend on your judgment, relationships, or taste in a way that's hard to replace?

Sort into tiers

The total score sorts each task into one of three tiers:

Deputize 8–10

Hand it to AI now. Low-risk, well-understood, easy to verify.

Duet 4–7

AI assists, you stay in the loop. A collaborative workflow, not full automation.

Defend 0–3

Keep it human. Too high-stakes, too personal, or too hard to check to trust to AI right now.
