Between admins

System Administrator Coverage While You Hire

Your Business Central, ERP, or CRM administrator just left, and the system still has to run. I step in as your interim system administrator and keep everything working while you find the right replacement.

The problem

What happens when your admin leaves

The work doesn't pause. Users get locked out, reports break, integrations stop syncing, and month-end still comes. Hiring a good ERP or CRM administrator can take months, and a rushed hire costs more than a few months of coverage.

What's included

What interim admin coverage includes

  • Day-to-day administration: user setup, access and permissions, troubleshooting, and the questions your team used to take to your admin.
  • Keeping things running: watching integrations, fixing broken reports and workflows, and handling updates.
  • Documenting your system: writing down how your setup actually works, so the knowledge stops living in one person's head.
  • Handing off to your new hire: getting your new administrator up to speed when they start.

How it works

How temporary admin coverage works

Coverage starts with a paid Discovery Consultation, billed in two-hour blocks at $250 per two hours, where I learn your system and we agree on the monthly hours and tasks your admin was handling. Then I start covering on the monthly subscription, and you cancel when your new admin is up to speed. The work is done remotely, so no on-site visit is needed.

You work directly with me, not an agency or a junior consultant. I've spent years hands-on with CRM, ERP, and Business Central administration and integration work.

Based in the South Bay, covering businesses in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, and across Los Angeles.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I cancel once we hire someone?
Yes. Interim coverage is month to month. Cancel when your new administrator is up to speed.
Do you need to be on site?
No. Business Central, ERP, and CRM administration is done remotely. If you request and we agree to on-site work, travel time and expenses are billed separately.
Can you help train our new admin?
Yes. Handing off to your new hire is part of the coverage, along with the documentation of your system written while I cover.
What if we need more hours than we agreed?
Active subscribers can add a prepaid block of 50 or 100 hours. Blocks expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
Is this the same as your CRM, ERP, & AI Services subscription?
Yes. Interim coverage is the same monthly subscription, focused on covering your administrator's work. See CRM, ERP, & AI Services for the full terms.
